Carmellose Sodium – moisturising agent.
It soothes and gives comfort to the Eyes. It is a tear substitute and contains a lubricant called carmellose sodium. It is used for the treatment of the symptoms of dry eye. It is a lubricating formulation similar to normal tears. It is used for temporary relief of burning, irritation and discomfort due to dry eye or exposure to wind, dust, sun etc. It can be also used as a protectant against further irritation. It is an ocular lubricant contributing to the alleviation of subjected symptoms seen in mild to moderate dry eye syndrome.
Glycerine – lubricating agent.
Glycerine assists in moisturising and lubricating the surface of the eye to help relieve dryness, irritation, and discomfort. It helps support the eye’s natural moisture balance by attracting and retaining hydration, contributing to longer-lasting comfort and soothing relief. Glycerine may also assist in protecting the eyes against further irritation caused by environmental factors such as wind, dust, air conditioning, and screen exposure.
Warnings and Precautions
- Do not use if the tamper-evident ring is broken before first use.
- Store between 50°C and 300°C.
- Do not touch the nozzle tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution
- Do not use after the expiry date.
- Use the solution within one month after opening the bottle.
